DEHNcon-H

Isolated air-termination system for transmitters/receivers (parabolic, terrestrial antennas) or whole buildings or parts of a building.
Optically optimised design since the HVI light Conductor is installed inside the supporting tube, reduced dimensions of the supporting tubes (Al tube 40 x 5 mm / GRP tube 30 x 3 mm) and low weight of the whole structure, also suitable for retrofitting on existing antenna poles.
Special internal sealing end with a flexible StSt strip is led out at the bottom end of the supporting tube for connection to the equipotential bonding system.

HVI light Conductor

System for maintaining the separation distance, e.g. on flat roofs. The high-voltage-resistant, insulated HVI light Conductor prevents uncontrolled flashover to metal or electric components underneath the roofing.

For use up to an equivalent separation distance s ≤ 45 cm (in air) or s ≤ 90 cm (solid material).

Air-termination Mast for Sub-roof Installation of the HVI light Conductor

For installation on the mounting bracket on the rafter holder.Optically optimised routing of the HVI light Conductor inside the supporting tube. The HVI light Conductor is led through the supporting tube of the rafter holder and installed in the area of the counter-battens / roof battens.Advantages:

Sub-roof installation – invisible
Installation on the mounting bracket with only one visible tube
No mechanical load, e.g. snow

HVI light Conductor

Used with rafter bracket (Part No. 105 240) or metal roof bracket (Part No. 105 241).

HVI Conductor / HVI long Conductor

High-voltage-resistant, insulated down conductor for keeping the separation distance to electrically conductive parts according to IEC/EN 62305-3.

Can be used up to an equivalent separation distance s ≤ 75 cm (in air) or s ≤ 150 cm (solid material).

Connection Element for DEHNcon-H, HVI Conductor

Connection elements for sealing the HVI long Conductor on both ends, for implementing the sealing end of the conductor inside of the supporting tube (head piece) and connection element for connection to other parts of the external lightning protection system or earth-termination system (incl. two heat-shrinkable sleeves).

Mounting Bracket for Air-Termination Systems on Metal Roofs

Stainless steel mounting bracket for installing HVI air-termination systems or air-termination rods on metal roofs:

Mounting bracket suitable for vertical mounting of air-termination systems on metal roofs with a max. roof slope of up to 53°.

For fixing Ø40/50 air-termination rods and for top-mounting HVI light plus and HVI supporting tubes with inside conductor routing.

Wall-mounted Conductor Holders

Stripping tool for the HVI light conductor / HVI light plus Conductor / HVI Conductor

Tool for stripping the semi-conductive sheath and the PE insulation of the HVI light Conductor, HVI Conductor (outer diameter 20 mm).

The tool consists of a handle and various interchangeable stripping inserts
The stripping length of the HVI light Conductor, HVI light plus Conductor, HVI Conductor is adjustable in steps of 0.2 mm (lock points) using the knob in the handle. The dial on the handle shows the length that is set.

OperationPosition the stripping insert at the cut-off end of the conductor.Turn clockwise applying light pressure, the cutting operation/stripping occurs through the tool.The interchangeable stripping insert can be attached without tools via the bayonet coupling.

Stripping tool for the HVI light Conductor / HVI light plus Conductor / HVI Conductor

Tool for stripping the additional grey sheath of the HVI light Conductor and HVI Conductor. DEHNhelix consists of a handle and an exchangeable bracket (depending on the conductor diameter).

Cable shears for HVI Conductors

Cable shears for easily cutting the HVI light Conductor, HVI Conductor (outer diameter 20 / 23 mm), HVI power Conductor (outer diameter 27 mm) and CUI Conductor to length.
The special design of the cable shears also allows precise cutting of stranded conductors, making it easier to attach connection elements.
